Well, if I don't try too hard, it's GREEN!
It was Christmas Eve at Jennifer and Jeff's Bingo party. We were having lots of fun until I got sick-- really sick. Sick-so-people-joked-I-might-be-pregnant sick. Needless to say, we didn't stay. We left our cards with Peggy and went home, depressed.But--lucky us!-- Peggy won some cool stuff with our cards that night, including an amaryllis bulb. Flashforward a few weeks and I planted the bulb without much thought. I pretty much forgot about it until all of a sudden it was two feet high! After another week, it blossomed! It was gorgeous!
Huzzah! I am a gardening genius! I can face any gardening challenge with grace and skill! Nature at my command, I will grow green and flowery things!
