Sprouts everywhere!

A few days ago, the cucumber was just starting to sprout but when I watered it, the sprout got buried again. Well, yesterday, after Darling Husband repeatedly encouraging me to take care of my green things, I went out to water the little ones. Lo and behold! Sprouts!

The cucumber has a nice, healthy looking sprout and the carrots have lots of feathery leaves just starting. I'm excited, but I realize now the hard part begins! I have to transplant these things and haven't been able to get the gumption to buy the grow bags I want. I just keep looking at the price tag...
